wireless call button quick service friendly staff

The hotel provided a wireless call button at each table in the pool area. it allowed me to easily request service. staff were very responsive and quick. They promptly assisted me even when busy with other guests! i was impressed by the smooth check-in process and the friendliness of the front desk staff. They were fantastic.

i waited longer than i expected to order food at the beach restaurant! food arrived before my drinks, a bit odd.

the staff was very friendly. surya helped us with the luggage, which i appreciated. the food was great too. i also liked that everything i needed was either in the room or i could request it.

the mini bar items had prices listed on the bottles. we were charged over 4x the listed price at checkout, a surprise. they showed us a fake photo of a price list we never saw. arwana restaurant was bad and the seafood was questionable.
